Doctor sent his complaint to us about the margin unfitting.

We can see the margin is much better in pic1 than what we see from pic2. And there is a little spot of the margin covered by the gum tissue. The margin is blur while the scanning is switched to pain color view.

In fact, the gingival retraction is not done properly. At the other hand, as an experienced technician, who should communicate with doctor before processing the case.

Solution to the problem: It needs a new oral scanning after make the gingival retraction in clinic. At the same time, to avoid the same problem to happen again, our customer service and technicians will check the oral scanning before processing.
