We have a strong customer service team, which is highly trained and qualified in dentistry. They handle daily service stuff and communicate with dentists and clients in other labs from overseas.
With great attention to details and great communication, we’ve been dedicated to delivering top-notch prosthesis and exceptional customer service for over two decades.

Quality Control

Five Year Warranty for Fixed restorations! One Year Warranty for Removable restorations!
Pressuring perfection is our passion. We double check every case before it goes out the door to ensure that all are free from defects. Therefore, remakes and adjustments are almost non-existent in our laboratory. Our philosophy is "do it right the first time".
Warranty starts from the date of delivery. If the case is unsatisfactory, simply return it and we will readjust, repair or remake the case free of charge.
Old dental prosthesis must be returned with model work in order for the warranty to be applied.

Our Warranty does not cover the followings:
- Cash refund or credit
- Alloy, implant parts, attachments, zirconia copings
- Changes to the original prescription
- Repairs/Remakes resulting from non-lab related problems such as accident, failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, poor-quality impression, improper preparation, unclear instruction, improper dental hygiene etc.
- Prostheses partially or completely fabricated by other dental laboratories
- Consequential damages such as inconvenience, lost chair time, lost wages, bill from another dental lab etc.

Zeta Dental Lab reserves a right to determine where the fault originated (within or outside lab) and make a final decision on the appropriate action.
